Biography

Helen Liddell( Baroness Liddell) is a member of Britain’s House of Lords, a former UK Cabinet Minister, she was the UK Energy Minister from 1999 until 2001. Previously a Transport Minister and Treasury Minster, she was also Minister for Competitiveness in Europe, promoting the case for liberalisation of European Energy Markets. More recently a senior Diplomat, she was Britain’s High Commissioner to Australia from 2005-2009
