    You are more on target than people can imagine. If you look at my post I think you will sense the similarity of outlook. Transparency can be the biggest motivator toward a better planet. Unfortunately there is exceedingly low motivation to empower energy users with knowledge of how they can influence changes for the better.

    My answer: Transparency and Cooperation: For example: Both North Africa and the EU stand to gain tremendous value if there is some way we can get all of the potential countries, equipment vendors, constructors, raw energy providers to recognize that there is room for a world changing win for everyone if we can work together [...]
