Biography

David Bennetts was born in 1947. He earned a Phd in Mathematics in 1972 (UCL). He began his career as an operational researcher at UK 1971 – 2007. he is now the Research Co-ordinator for the Dept of Environment (now DEFRA) climate change programme at the Hadley Centre from its inception in 1990 to 1995.
