Hans Christian Soerensen

Dr. H. C. Soerensen holds a PhD in civil engineering and a commercial degree in International economy and management. He worked 24 years in managing industrial research and development departments in large international companies. He has 13 years experience in managing industrial research and development institutes. Since 1994 he works in his own companies specialized in transferring research project within Renewable Energy to business. His more specific competencies are in offshore wind and ocean energy; energy saving; and structural engineering. He is deeply involved in the public assessment and environment impact of renewable energy projects and board member of national and international RES organizations like the European Ocean Energy Association and the Danish Wind Turbine Owners Association. H. C. Soerensen is chairman of the board of the Wave Dragon companies in UK, Denmark and Portugal. He is also member of the board of the C-Questor Plc
