Marc Fontanes

Marc Fontanes is the Founder and Director of MOBILITY +. He is a sociologist and a graduate of CELSA, Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences of Information and Communication. Consultant in mobility, he is responsible for all the projects driven by MOBILITY + since its creation in 2001. He has also been selected by the Institute for city moving (IVM) - PSA Peugeot-Citroen to organize from 2003 to 2006 a national research-action programme called “Mobility for Insertion!” On that occasion, he supported the design and coordination of a national platform of insertion associations developing mobility services (definition, organization, development, coordination, diffusion). He was also in charge of the creation and organization of the National Forum "Mobility for Insertion!" in Saint-Nazaire in October 2005. Finally, Marc Fontanès has intervened on several occasions during conferences and seminars, and conducted a course about Multi-services Mobility agencies for a Master class at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
