Lefteri Tsoukalas

Professor Lefteri H. Tsoukalas of Purdue University has led smart energy projects including the Consortium for the Intelligent Management of the Electric Power Grid (CIMEG) and has considerable academic and industrial experience in smart instrumentation and control systems. He has numerous publications in the field including a book titled “Fuzzy and Neural Approaches in Engineering,” (co-authored with Dr. Robert E Uhrig and published by John Wiley & Sons). Professor Tsoukalas has served as a consultant to private industry and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (ASTAR) of the Government of Singapore, and the Ontario Ministry of Education. He is a Fellow of the American Nuclear Society.
