Jurgen Janssens

Jürgen Janssens has a Master in Architectural Engineering (K.U.Leuven) and an MBA in Finance (IUM). He is member of several engineering associations, and think tanks related to energy, finance and entrepreneurship. He has always worked in multifunctional projects, on project analysis, definition and management level. His main interests are to get to the core of a situation, strengthen the interactions and drive the big picture.

After assignments in the entrepreneurial world, Jürgen joined TETRADE Consulting, where he works on the Financial and Organizational processes of Utilities projects for energy suppliers and energy distributors. The last years, he has also been giving specialized lectures and courses on the subject in Belgium and France.

He is also contributor and founding member of www.market-melange.com , which is aimed at providing insightful, unusual and useful analysis on all manner of issues impacting the investing world, based on the interconnectedness of markets. He is specialized in analysis of the Energy & Utilities sector.
